When you send an inquiry or test-drive request, Top Gear Auto Sales stores the name, email, optional phone number, message, selected vehicle and preferred appointment time you provide. Authorized dealership staff use those details to respond and arrange your visit. Do not send financial documents, identity documents or other sensitive information through these forms.

Website traffic

We measure page views, vehicle views, call and text button taps, and submitted requests. Approximate city, region and country are estimated from IP addresses. The traffic dashboard does not store raw IP addresses or identify visitors by name. Anonymous visitor identifiers change daily. Traffic records are retained for 90 days, and analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Bot and human classifications are estimates.

Email and portal access

Microsoft 365 processes inquiry notifications, account setup links and appointment confirmation emails. The private staff portal uses a secure session cookie for sign-in and stores each account’s theme preference. Public inventory browsing does not require an account.
